Meditation and mindfulness
Last Fall I had the very good fortune to be introduced to the concept of mindfulness. I participated in a 31 day online summit hosted by Melli O’Brien and taught by some of the world’s leading experts on the subject. It was truly a life-changing experience, and I now try to make meditation part of my daily life. It helps me to keep positive thoughts, elevate my mood, and make me more productive.
